Director Bobbie Brown has over 20 years experience in the catering industry. Bobbie studied and obtained a four year Bsc Catering Administration Degree at Bournemouth University and went to work in such prestigious restaurants as The Priory Hotel in Wareham and Trotter's wine bar as well as catering for royalty on several occasions.

Bobbie then formed Wessex Catering and took on the catering contracts for Parnham House, then owned by the famous John Makepiece, and Humphries (now Goulds) Garden Centre among others.

Bobbie worked at Yeovil College as a lecturer and become the preferred caterer for Clyffe Barn and Kingston Country Courtyard where she was later offered the leasehold.

Award winning Chef and Bobbie's business partner Tim Emberley studied catering at Weymouth College before going on to work in some of Dorset's top restaurants including Perry's of Weymouth, Innsacre of Bridport and The Mock Turtle in Dorchester.

Tim has been commissioned to cook for very special VIP's including royalty.

Tim's flair and creativity in the kitchen is second to none and his ability to offer clients something very special and affordable is the reason why Tim has been at the top of his game for more than 20 years.

Bobbie and Tim have become renowned for their fantastic food that fits all budgets and their amazing attention to detail.
